The Animal Hospital of North Asheville will be closed on Tuesday, October 29th from 11:20AM to 2:30PM. This time is being used to bring all of our staff together for a very important in-hospital training session. Our goal is to remain on the cutting edge and to be able to offer the best and most up to date service and medicine to you.
During this time, unfortunately, we will not be able to see any appointments, emergencies or answer the phone. For emergencies during this time, please contact Western Carolina Regional Animal Hospital and Veterinary Emergency Hospital (WCRAH) at 828-408-0223 or REACH (Regional Emergency Animal Care Hospital) at 828-665-4399. Both Emergency Hospitals have doctors and nursing staff on the premises whenever we are closed. They will provide our hospital with a written record of your pet's visit, by email, to be placed in your pet's permanent medical records and will be reviewed by one of our doctors.
If calling during this time, please listen to the entire message, as you will have some options. When the message prompts, press 1 if you have a prescription refill request or press 2 to leave us a voicemail. In addition, you always have the ability to send us an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Messages or e-mails sent during this limited down time will be returned as soon as possible after 2:30PM. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We look forward to continuing to offer you the highest level of patient care.
