Join Us In Helping Name WNC's Pet of the Year While Supporting the Asheville Humane Society!

We are excited that many of our awesome staff are helping raise donations to support Asheville Humane Society in the WNC's Pet of the Year Contest. The Animal Hospital of North Asheville and our super staff are proud supporters of the Asheville Humane Society (AHS). We are impressed by all the hard work, dedication, compassion and care that the Asheville Humane Society provides the community, not only by saving lives of homeless pets, but also by allowing time for pets to heal physically and emotionally before they find their forever homes. The AHS also provides support to families with pets by offering aid to help keep pets in their homes during tough times.

Many of our staff have a special place in their hearts for rescue and shelter dogs and cats. And many of our staff are also proud parents of AHS adoptees.

May is National Pet Month and instead of backing one team we want to support everyone who is joining in Asheville Humane Society's first Pet Photo contest for pets and their families of Western North Carolina.

AHS's Pet of the Year Photo Contest runs from May 1st- June 1st. Families submit their pet's photograph and their story on the Asheville Humane Society's WNC's Pet of the Year photo contest page and everyone has a chance to vote. The pet with the most votes on June 1st will be named the Pet of the Year! Join in the fun by adding your pet to the photo contest or vote for one of the wonderful Animal Hospital of North Asheville Staff's Pet Photos.
