Limited Availability on Wednesdays from 11:15 am - 12:45 pm for Staff Meetings

Beginning February 6th, 2019, the Animal Hospital of North Asheville will have limited availability on Wednesdays from 11:15 am - 12: 45 pm. This time is being used to bring as many of our staff together on a weekly basis for staff training and continuing education (Fear Free, OSHA, AAHA Standards). It is always our goal to remain on the cutting edge of veterinary medicine and to offer the best and most up to date service we possibly can. This Wednesday staff training time will further enable us to do so. We will still see emergencies but will not be scheduling appointments during this time. If you call during this time, please listen to the entire message as you will be presented with options. When the message prompts, you will be able to press 9 to declare an emergency (please only use this for true pet emergencies), press 1 if you have a prescription refill request, or press 2 to leave us a voicemail. In addition, you can always send us an e-mail to info@ahna.net. Messages or e-mails sent during staff training will be returned as soon as possible after 12:45 pm. We have increased appointment times during the week for your convenience. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
