Our new phone system has been installed! Although this is great news, we have had a few new-installation challenges to overcome. We are happy to report that the issue with some carriers not being able to call in has been resolved. There is currently still some difficulty with being able to put callers on hold, and the phone techs are working hard to get this fixed.
