AHNA COVID-19 Update: Reopening in Phases

QUICK TIPS:

When you call to schedule your appointment, please let our client care team member know your preference of in-person or curbside. At this time masks are optional at Animal Hospital of North Asheville. Please let our staff know if you would prefer they wear a mask in the exam room during your pet's appointment.

How to check in for an appointment?

CURBSIDE:

When you arrive, call us at 828-253-3393 or text us at 828-761-7438 (new text number) and let us know your name, your pet's name, the veterinarian you are here to see, the phone number we can reach you at, and your parking spot number.

Our exam room team will call you and go over information or concerns for the visit. Then they will meet you at your car and bring your pet inside. The veterinarian will call you after the exam and go over findings or recommendations, so you can decide how to proceed. Once treatments are complete, we will bring your pet back to you and collect payment for the visit.
