Katherine Rombach, BS

Exam Room Team member, Katherine Rombach, has a Bachelor degree in Wildlife Science from the State University of New York of Environmental Science and Forestry. AHNA was delighted to hire Katherine as she came to us with experience, and she has become an important member of the team. Before joining us, Katherine worked for three years at Dewitt Animal Hospital and Shelter in New York as the Kennel Manager and as a Veterinary Assistant. Her main responsibilities there were assisting the veterinarians with office calls, caring for patients and stray pets, and coordinating adoptions. Now she works as a team with Dr. Earley to provide top notch patient care. Katherine enjoys working at AHNA because she is able to express her passion and love for pets in her work, and she enjoys having the opportunity to learn even more every day. Katherine is a certifed Fear Free Professional.

Katherine’s beloved pets are: an affectionate Australian Shepherd mix named Bear who has the curiosity of a human child, and a beloved cat named Sarabi (but everyone calls her Pumpkin) who always greets Katherine at the door. Katherine is also the devoted caregiver to her two Leopard geckos named Meeko and Hunter.
