Animal Hospital of North Asheville currently has a full time position available for a client service representative.

Applicants must possess excellent communication skills and be able multi-task in a fast paced environment. Computer skills are recommended.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
•Greeting clients and pets, positive and low-stress interactions
•Client education on providing the best care for their pets
•Appointment scheduling
•Phone communication with clients
•Invoicing and payment handling
•Helping clients to their cars with their pets and purchases (need to lift and carry 40 lbs.)
•Keeping our reception area clean and tidy
•Must be able to work well with a team
•Must be dependable and have strong work ethic.
•Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Applicant must be flexible to accommodate our hours of operation.

Training will be provided. Salary is based on experience. Pre-employment drug screening and background checks are required before employment is offered.
